Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 'Manage end-to-end warranty claims lifecycle, including validation, approval/rejection, and timely closure as per defined policies.Coordinate joint failure investigations with suppliers to identify root causes and prelimilary anaysis Ensure accurate and timely raising of supplier debit notes for warranty failures attributable to supplier defects.Monitor and implement dealer debits for non-genuine or policy non-compliant claims.Drive warranty cost recovery from suppliers, ensuring maximum recovery against claims raised.Track and analyze monthly warranty cost trends, identifying key contributors and opportunities for reductionPrepare and share monthly warranty cost and recovery reports with Finance, ensuring data accuracy and alignment.Ensure adherence to warranty policies, audit requirements, and compliance standards.Maintain proper documentation and records for audit, reconciliation, and process transparency.Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support WPAC operations.Co-ordinate with COE's for claim decision and update in system accurately.Preferred Industries Automotive IndustryEducation Qualification Diploma in Engineering; Bachelor of EngineeringGeneral Experience 3-8 years
