We are looking for a highly driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional execution of complex technology programs across engineering, product, infrastructure, and business teams. This role requires someone who can drive planning, execution, stakeholder management, and delivery while ensuring high operational excellence.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical depth, exceptional program management skills, and experience managing large-scale software, AI, cloud, or infrastructure programs.

Job Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic technical programs from planning to execution and launch.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, AI/ML, Infrastructure, and Leadership teams to define scope, timelines, dependencies, and milestones.
• Drive program governance, tracking, risk management, and escalation handling across multiple workstreams.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, sprint schedules, execution dashboards, and status reports.
• Identify bottlenecks proactively and drive resolution to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate architecture reviews, technical discussions, and design decisions with engineering stakeholders.
• Translate business priorities into actionable engineering execution plans.
• Track program KPIs, delivery metrics, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices in program management.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment between technical teams and business leadership.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular executive-level updates.
• Support product launches, customer implementations, and large-scale enterprise deployments.

Required Experience & Skills

• 6–12 years of overall experience with at least 3+ years in TPM / Program Management roles .
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong experience managing large-scale software engineering or platform delivery programs.
• Good technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, or AI/ML systems.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum execution environments.
• Strong expertise in program planning, dependency management, and execution tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to work with senior engineering leaders and executive leadership.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making ability.
• Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence or similar project management platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI / ML / Data / Cloud Infrastructure programs is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in fast-paced startups or high-growth product companies.
• Exposure to enterprise customer delivery or solution implementation.
• PMP / Scrum certification is a plus.
