Plant Manager – LT Control Panel Manufacturing

We are building an LT control panel plant from an empty floor near Sangareddy, Hyderabad — and we are hiring the person who will run it.

Voltra Systems (a Vireontech Global company) is setting up a greenfield LT control panel manufacturing facility and is looking for a Plant Manager to lead it end to end. This is not a run-the-line role: you will take the plant from layout and machine commissioning, through type-test certification, to full production — and act as the senior technical authority on site, reporting directly to the Founder.

What you will own:

• Greenfield setup — layout, machine installation & FAT, SOPs, and the quality system (ISO 9001, IEC 61439).

• Type-test certification readiness with CPRI / ERDA.

• Production of LT panels — PCC, MCC, APFC, DBs, feeder pillars, and custom control panels.

• Building and leading the shop-floor team, quality, testing, and EHS.

• Later, oversight of our busbar trunking (BBT) line.

What we are looking for:

• 10–15 years in LT switchgear / control panel manufacturing (with real shop-floor depth).

• Strong command of IEC 61439-1/-2 and hands-on experience across fabrication, busbar, wiring, and testing.

• Type-test coordination with CPRI / ERDA or an equivalent NABL lab.

• Greenfield / plant setup experience is a strong plus.
