MST Engineer

Greetings from Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital , Mumbai, India.Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre is a 345-bed, multi-Speciality tertiary care hospital with following thrust areas: Cardiac Sciences, Gastroenterology & Hepatobiliary Sciences, Liver Transplant, Nephro-Urology, Neuro Sciences, Oncology, Orthopaedics & Spine, and Woman & Child Health. The Hospital has a Medical Mall with progressive diagnostic services, including Laboratories, Radiology & Imaging, and Nuclear Medicine.

1. Operations & Maintenance

• Oversee smooth functioning of MEP systems (Chillers, AHUs, RO, WTP, STP, Heat Pumps, etc.) during assigned shifts.
• 
  
• Execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance as per SOPs and audit standards (e.g., NABH).
• 
  
• Supervise shift technicians, monitor system performance, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• 
  
• Maintain equipment records, incident reports, and manage work orders in SAP.
• 
  

2. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure readiness for internal and external audits through timely maintenance and documentation.
• 
  
• Support safety protocols, quality improvement initiatives, and accreditation compliance.
• 
  
• Analyze system performance data and implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence of issues.
• 
  

3. Innovation & Technology

• Stay updated with latest technologies and recommend upgrades for better efficiency and integration.
• 
  
• Participate in process automation, SOP improvements, and research activities.
• 
  

4. Cost & Resource Management

• Monitor engineering costs and assist in budget control.
• 
  
• Optimize resource usage through effective spare part management and value engineering.

Preferred candidate profile :

Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Supervisory Role/PWD Certification

Prior experience in Hospital Industury (Preferred).
