Role Description The Registered Nurse at reniu skin, hair and aesthetics is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting physicians and specialists with skin, hair, and aesthetic procedures, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring all equipment is sterilized and ready for use. The nurse will perform patient assessments, document medical history, monitor vital signs, and provide pre- and post-procedure patient education and counseling. Additional tasks include administering medications and injections as directed, maintaining accurate electronic and paper records, coordinating follow-up appointments, and supporting quality and safety protocols. The role also involves collaborating with the clinical and front-office team to ensure smooth patient flow and a respectful, welcoming environment.
Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with eligibility to practice in India; completion of an accredited nursing program (GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or equivalent).
• Clinical experience in dermatology, cosmetology, trichology, or related outpatient/clinic settings is highly beneficial.
• Strong patient care skills, including assessment, monitoring, medication administration, and wound or post-procedure care.
• Knowledge of infection control, aseptic techniques, and safe handling of clinical equipment and materials.
• Ability to provide clear, empathetic patient communication, including explaining procedures, risks, and aftercare instructions.
• Comfort using electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer applications for documentation and scheduling.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple patients and procedures in a busy clinical environment.
• Willingness to learn new aesthetic techniques and protocols and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Proficiency in English and local languages used in Mysore is an advantage.
