Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

✅ LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized institution – Mandatory

✅ 2+ years of experience in Contracts Management / Commercial Law / Corporate Legal Practice

✅ International contract experience required

✅ Experience in drafting & negotiating complex commercial agreements

✅ In-house experience in large corporate groups / diversified organizations preferred

✅ Experience with technology, printing/smart cards, media, financial services, manufacturing or real estate industries preferred

✅ Comfortable with travel across India & outside
