B. About this Role:

We are looking for an organised Vendor Management & Campaign Operations Lead and Associates to join our Vendor Management team for the Goa region . You will keep campaigns running smoothly by managing budgets, vendor relationships, and digital-ad operations, coordinating internal teams and external partners for timely execution in support of our client's electoral engagements.

This role requires strong organisational and stakeholder-management skills, a good understanding of the influencer and creator ecosystem, and familiarity with the Goan context. This is a contract-based, campaign engagement running through February 2027. Selected candidates will initially work remotely and should be ready to relocate to the Panaji office once intimated, with travel across Goa for campaign operations as needed.

C. What Would This Role Entail?

• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and digital-ad operations across the campaign.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners for timely execution and delivery.
• Track campaign spend, invoices, payments, and vendor deliverables.
• Onboard and manage influencers, creators, agencies, and media partners.
• Negotiate rates, timelines, and deliverables with vendors and partners.
• Maintain accurate operational and financial records and reporting.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure accountability across vendors.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality across all documentation.

D. Necessary Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognised institution.
• Experience in vendor management, payments, campaign operations, or project coordination.
• Good understanding of influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, digital advertising, and social campaigns.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to track campaign spend, invoices, and vendor deliverables accurately.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and vendor relationships at once.
• Based in Goa or available to work in Goa, with flexibility during campaign events.

E. Good to Have Skills:

• An existing network of influencers, creators, agencies, or media partners.
• Prior experience in political campaigns, advertising, media agencies, influencer marketing, or talent management.
• Knowledge of Konkani, Marathi, Hindi, and English for coordinating with local vendors.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
