Role Purpose:

The Sports Teacher, with a specialization in soccer coaching, will play a pivotal role in enhancing our students' physical education experience while promoting a love for the game. This position is instrumental in developing young athletes' skills, instilling discipline, and preparing them for competitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective soccer training programs tailored to various skill levels.
• Conduct engaging fitness training sessions to enhance students' overall physical development.
• Motivate and inspire students to achieve their personal best through positive reinforcement and constructive feedback.
• Develop and execute game strategies to improve team performance and individual player skills.
• Supervise all soccer activities ensuring safety and adherence to best practices.
• Prepare students for competitions by organizing practice matches and evaluating performance.
• Plan and conduct warm-up drills and fitness assessments to track student progress.

Requirements:

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in coaching soccer or a related sport, preferably in an educational setting.

Technical Skills:

Proven expertise in soccer coaching, fitness training, and skill development. Experience in developing game strategies, performance tracking, and safety supervision.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.

Certifications:

Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., FIFA coaching badges, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
