Key Responsibilities : 1. Production Planning & Control: • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on business requirements. • Ensure alignment between production schedules and dispatch timelines. • Monitor output and ensure achievement of production targets. • Coordinate closely with procurement and operations teams to ensure material availability. 2. Shop Floor & Manpower Management : • Supervise and manage labour teams working on the shop floor. • Allocate responsibilities and monitor daily performance. • Ensure productivity, discipline, and operational efficiency. • Identify manpower gaps and recommend improvements. 3.
