Key Responsibility Area 1.Project Conceptualization Sound knowledge of Redevelopment By-laws & DCR Regulations Analyses and calculates the area identified for the future project and drafts the end product design to be presented to the customer Translates design ideas into design briefs to be handed over to design consultants and architects 2.Appointment of Consultants Appoints the consultants basis analysis of proposals.
