Key Responsibilities Lead PCAOB audits for US public companies from planning through completion. Develop audit strategies, risk assessments, and detailed audit plans. Execute, review, and document audit procedures in compliance with PCAOB standards. Supervise, coach, and mentor audit staff with 1–3 years of experience. Review audit workpapers to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance. Perform audits of key financial statement areas, including revenue recognition under ASC 606 and other significant account balances. Lead audits involving complex accounting matters such as: Business Combinations (ASC 805) Debt and Equity Instruments Convertible Notes Warrants Equity-based financing transactions Complex capital structures Participate in audits involving SPAC and De-SPAC transactions (preferred).
