Role Overview Simplify Alpha operates a services/staffing (IDC-type) business model, and this Finance Controller role should be built around the financial mechanics of a people-based, billable-hours business: deal/contract profitability, bench cost management, utilization tracking, and client invoicing tied to time and material or fixed-fee arrangements. The Controller owns close, controls, and compliance for the entity, and partners closely with delivery and account leadership.
