Role & responsibilities Process and dispatch domestic and international print-on-demand orders daily, meeting the company‘s 24-hour ship SLA Coordinate with courier and logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket) for pickups, rate negotiation and service selectio Prepare and verify export documentation - commercial invoice, packing list, air waybill (AWB), shipping bills, e-way bills, and HSN / customs paperwor Generate and manage shipping labels across courier and marketplace portals and the company‘s fulfilment system / AP Track shipments end-to-end; proactively resolve delays, customs holds and delivery exceptions, and manage RTO / undelivered shipments and reshipment Reconcile courier invoices against booked shipments - flag weight discrepancies, surcharges and billing error Maintain shipment MIS - dispatch volumes, SLA adherence, courier-wise cost, and zone-wise performanc Coordinate with the warehouse / packing team on order readines...
