Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in North Goa. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning and execution for luxury residential developments, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring construction progress, managing inspections and quality checks, tracking material deliveries, and resolving operational issues to keep projects on time and within budget. The role involves close collaboration with logistics and expediting functions to ensure timely procurement and movement of materials, as well as regular reporting on project status, risks, and milestones to leadership. The Project Manager will also maintain compliance with local regulations, uphold safety standards on-site, and support clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction or real estate projects.
- Experience as an Expeditor, with expertise in Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes, with the ability to perform or oversee quality checks and compliance inspections on-site.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management, including coordination of material flow, vendor management, and site-level logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on deadlines and budget control.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
- Proficiency with project management tools and basic office software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, and documentation platforms).
- Ability to work on-site daily in North Goa and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, construction-driven environment.
