About the Role BearHugs is scaling fast across multiple channels. We're hiring someone to be a part of our core team and own the operational and analytical backbone of growth turning scattered data into decisions, and decisions into execution, without needing hand-holding. This isn't a strategy-slide role. You'll build the trackers, chase the vendors, prep the numbers, and then also tell what they mean and execute the decisions. What You'll Do Own and maintain BearHugs' ops scorecard and competitor tracking systems - flag what's moving before it becomes a fire drill Support pricing and terms negotiations with vendors and help in cost and sourcing optimisation Build and maintain financial/operational models (LTV/CAC, vendor cost comparisons, capital advance deals) alongside the core team Drive cross-functional coordination - supply chain, marketing agency, HR - so initiatives don't stall between teams Take ambiguous, half-formed problems ("we need to figure out X") and turn them into a ...
