

We are hiring a Sr. HR Executive / Asst. Manager – HR to manage factory HR operations, labour management, payroll, statutory compliances, recruitment, and employee engagement activities in a manufacturing setup.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and joining formalities
• Manage payroll processing and attendance records
• Coordinate with labour contractors and manage workforce
• Ensure statutory compliances related to PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.
• Handle employee grievances and engagement activities
• Maintain HR MIS and employee database
• Support performance appraisal and training activities
• Manage general HR administration and plant coordination
• 5–8 years of experience in Manufacturing / Plant HR
• Experience in payroll, labour management, and compliances
• Knowledge of Factory Act, labour laws, PF & ESIC
• Strong HR operations and employee relations skills
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati
• MBA / MLW / HR qualification preferred
• Experience with payroll software like SARAL or Mini ERP preferred
