About the Role

Kraft-Obench is looking for an experienced production leader to head our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in furniture or modular furniture manufacturing and be capable of scaling production while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end factory operations.
• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production.
• Improve productivity, efficiency, and production capacity.
• Ensure quality standards across all manufacturing stages.
• Manage production teams, supervisors, and shop-floor operations.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Design, Projects, and Dispatch teams.
• Control production costs, material utilization, and wastage.
• Develop SOPs and implement process improvements.
• Ensure timely order execution and on-time dispatch.

Requirements

• 8+ experience in production/manufacturing.
• Experience in heavy furniture, modular furniture, office furniture, or custom furniture manufacturing is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and factory management skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of production planning, quality control, inventory, and process optimization.
• Experience handling large manufacturing teams.
