Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Contact Representative . This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers
- Assist the team in enhancing customer service processes and quality
- Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Required Qualification s
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Patient, positive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: 41 CTC
- Night Shift Allowance: Additional compensation for hours worked beyond 40 per week
