Technician Production

What you will enjoy doing

Execution of Production plan (blow molding) and to achieve targeted OEE and NEE.

Coordinate with maintenance Department with Machine production plan to facilitate Preventive Maintenance Schedule.

Ensure implementation of GMP and reduction in machine down time.

Targeted wastage reduction.

Cost saving proposals and implementation of the same.

Effective process control and analysis to achieve Process Stability

Effective production balancing, reduction of regrind material generation, & effective utilization of regrinding material, if generated.

Ensure cleanliness of machinery and 5S on production shop floor.

Issuance and reconciliation of Material (RM,MB, Packing Material) as per Job Order.

Daily monitoring and clearance of Hold Material and reduction of hold percentage on monthly basis.

Maintain KPI of respective Technology

What makes you great

1 - 3 years of experience in plastic blow molding or any related manufacturing industries

Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the manufacturing and distribution efficiency

Ability to handle a large and tight volume with a dynamic planning schedule

Knowledge of 5S, Operational Excellence and Health & Safety are an advantage
