Job Description: 1. Lead generation - Create and maintain sales funnel of retail project sites (non-IHB) - Create lead via meeting/calling builders, architects and contractors (identified CML and beyond) - Create leads via cold calling & indexing for trade projects 2. Lead conversion - Follow up on the trade projects leads generated (through cold calling, entered by SE/ISR, Contractors) within first contact TAT of 24 hours - Pitch product features, provide demo & pitch MYKL brand.
