Role Purpose

Provide proactive, high-quality administrative and coordination support to the Management Board Member, ensuring smooth functioning of the office, effective stakeholder management, and timely execution of priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar & Operations Management: Manage complex calendars, meetings, and day-to-day office operations.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a key interface between the Management Board Member, clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Coordination & Governance: Plan and coordinate review meetings, track deliverables, and ensure timely inputs and follow-ups.
• Project Support: Support organization-wide initiatives and special projects on behalf of the Management Board Member’s office.
• Executive Engagements: Manage high-profile visits, leadership meetings, and official engagements end-to-end.
• Approvals & Administration: Facilitate timely finance, procurement, and travel approvals.
• Communication & Representation: Ensure professional communication and represent the office with high standards of integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in calendar management tools and MS Office (Advanced PowerPoint – mandatory).
• Strong stakeholder management and networking capability.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under dynamic priorities and tight timelines.
• Flexibility to align with leadership schedules and urgent requirements.
