Required Technical Skill Set: Manufacturing Engineering – Process Planning, NPI & Aerospace Quality Systems Location: Bangalore. Experience: 3 to 12 Years Must have: Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements. Develop and maintain manufacturing process plans, routings and work instructions. Configure and support MES systems, digital work instructions and Engineering-to-Manufacturing data flow. Implement engineering changes including ECN, BOM updates, process modifications and source transfer projects. Lead and support NPI activities including APQP, PPAP, FAIR, SPC, MSA, process validation, qualification, and production readiness reviews. Develop and maintain Quality Plans, Control Plans, and Inspection Plans. Support production operations, resolve shop floor issues and monitor manufacturing KPIs.
