The role involves handling customer queries from international clients and providing prompt and effective solutions while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers. • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information. • Maintain professionalism and ensure high customer satisfaction. • Accurately record customer interactions in the system. • Follow company processes and quality standards.
