Job Summary

We are looking for a visionary, results-driven Head of Operations to oversee our organization's ongoing operations and procedures. You will be a key member of the senior leadership team, ensuring that our business practices are efficient, productive, and aligned with our strategic goals.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to design and execute long-term operational strategies that align with business objectives.

• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in production, supply chain, and daily workflows, implementing automated or modernized IT solutions to boost efficiency. 

• Financial Management: Oversee operational budgets, manage expenses, and allocate resources to maximize cost-efficiency and profitability.

• Team Leadership: Mentor, recruit, and lead cross-functional operational teams, fostering an accountable and high-performing workplace culture. 

• Risk & Compliance: Evaluate operational risks and ensure the business complies with all local, international, and data protection regulations.

• Stakeholder Relations: Manage contracts and partnerships with key vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Analytical Thinking: Strong capability in interpreting data analytics and setting clear, measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Leadership & Change Management: Proven track record of guiding organizations through scaling, restructuring, or digital transformations.

• Cross-Functional Knowledge: A broad understanding of diverse business functions, including HR, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain.

Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in business software (e.g., ERPs, CRM systems, productivity applications).

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field (Any Graduation).
• 10+ years of progressive operations management experience.
