Retail and Digital Marketing Coordinator

We also have a wide range of accessories, components and spares from premium brands. Our store has dedicated Technology center to provide service and maintenance for cycles. The company encourages learning and development, particularly in modern retail practices and digital promotion. Team members are supported in building skills across both store management and online marketing.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, combining responsibilities of a Retail Store Assistant and Digital Marketing Executive. On the retail side, the role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, presenting product options, supporting sales and billing, maintaining store cleanliness and displays, and handling basic inventory tasks such as stocking and tagging. The role also includes assisting with customer queries, ensuring a positive store experience, and coordinating with the team for daily store operations. On the digital marketing side, the role involves helping create and post content on social media, supporting online promotions, capturing product images or short videos, and coordinating basic campaigns to increase footfall and brand awareness. The position requires consistent in-person attendance, flexibility to work retail hours, and the ability to balance both customer-facing and digital tasks.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills and the ability to interact confidently and respectfully with customers and team members.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Retail Sales skills to support in-store assistance, product guidance, and closing sales effectively.
• Candidates should possess Organization Skills to manage displays, inventory-related tasks, and daily store routines efficiently.
• Candidates should possess Training skills or willingness to learn and support onboarding or skill-sharing within the team.
• Candidates should ideally have basic Digital Marketing awareness, familiarity with social media platforms, and interest in promoting products online.
• Relevant experience in retail, customer-facing roles, or marketing is beneficial;
  fresh candidates with strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Coimbatore, adapt to flexible retail hours, and handle standing or walking for extended periods.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent;
  a higher qualification in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.

Salary: 18,000-22,000 Based on Experience
