Lead and oversee the academic operations of the institution by ensuring excellence in teaching, academic planning, quality assurance, accreditation, and institutional development. Key Responsibilities Provide academic leadership across institutions. Monitor academic quality and faculty performance. Lead NAAC, NBA, NIRF, and other accreditation initiatives. Ensure compliance with UGC, AICTE, and statutory regulations. Promote research, innovation, and industry collaborations. Coordinate with Principals, Deans, and academic teams. Develop and implement academic policies and strategies. Eligibility Ph.D. from a reputed institution/university. Minimum 20 years of experience in an Engineering Institution. At least 10 years in senior academic leadership as Professor, Principal, Dean, Director, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of academic governance, accreditation, and institutional development.
