Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Communicate progress of various initiatives to project stakeholders and management. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or a related field Preferred Architecture Certification: TOGAF, ARCHIMATE, ZACHMAN, etc. More than 12 years IT Experience More than 5 year's experience within an Architecture Role At least 2 years leadership experience Recent experience within Architecture, Design and implementation of complex, highly available and highly scalable solutions Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and proficiency in designing cloud-native solutions. Strong understanding of architectural principles, including modularity, scalability, reliability, and security. Developing complex business cases Proficiency in architectural modeling tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect, Visio) and familiarity with architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). AWS Certified Architect Azure Certified Architect Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
