Salary

• 2.9 LPA – 4.2 LPA (depending on experience and performance)
• Incentives may be offered based on target achievement

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
• Experience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Telecom, FMCG, Retail, or Direct Sales is often preferred
• Good communication and customer-handling skills

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for bank products.
• Generate business through field sales and customer interactions.
• Promote savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, loans, insurance, and investment products.
• Cross-sell banking and financial products.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with branch teams to improve customer service and business generation.
