Service Designer – EdTech (Learning Products)

Role Purpose: TheService Designer – EdTech (Learning Products) owns the “What and Why” of the product. This role ensures that the product is solving the right problems, for the right users, in the right way, by translating user needs, program context, and learning outcomes into meaningful product experiences. You will work closely with Product Manager Ops, LxD, UX, Research, Analytics, and Program teams to define journeys, shape solutions, continuously improve user outcomes, and drive the validation of innovations from concept through scale.
