Key Responsibilities Boiler & Utility Operations Operate and monitor high-pressure boilers, steam generation systems, and auxiliaries. Ensure safe startup, shutdown, load management, and emergency handling of boilers. Monitor combustion efficiency, steam parameters, water chemistry, and equipment health. Coordinate with water treatment, and process utility teams. Ensure optimum fuel utilization and heat-rate performance. Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with Boilers Act, Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, statutory inspections, and plant safety procedures. Maintain valid BOE certification and support statutory audits. Participate in HAZOP, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety reviews. Strict adherence to PTW, LOTO, and Process Safety Management requirements. Reliability & Maintenance Support Identify abnormalities and initiate corrective actions.
