Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Corporate Communication Trainer with expertise in Business Communication, Corporate Communication, Soft Skills, Leadership Communication, and Placement Readiness to enhance students' communication skills, professional presence, and corporate employability.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on Business Communication, Corporate Communication, Soft Skills, Verbal and Written Communication, and Presentation Skills.
- Develop training modules, learning resources, assignments, and assessment tools aligned with industry requirements.
- Prepare students for campus placements through interview preparation, group discussions, business writing, and professional communication.
- Mentor students to improve communication effectiveness, confidence, and workplace readiness.
- Collaborate with the Placement Cell and academic departments to support student development initiatives.
- Contribute to institutional initiatives related to student development and academic excellence.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in English, Communication, Corporate Communication, Business Communication, Management, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM with specialization in HR, Marketing, or Communication will be an added advantage.
- Excellent academic record with demonstrated proficiency in spoken and written English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ph.D. in English, Communication, Management, or a related discipline.
- International certifications in Corporate Communication, Business English, Soft Skills, Leadership Development, or Learning & Development.
- Certification in IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge English, or equivalent (desirable).
Experience
- Experience in Corporate Communication Training, Soft Skills Training, Learning & Development, Business Communication, or Higher Education.
- Prior experience in training MBA/PGDM students for placements will be highly preferred.
- Exposure to corporate training, executive education, or leadership development programmes will be an added advantage.
