Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of digital insurance advisors/agents.
• Drive life insurance sales through digital and online lead-generation channels.
• Manage and support advisors in converting digital leads into business.
• Monitor advisor productivity, sales performance, and target achievement.
• Conduct virtual meetings, webinars, and online training sessions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated through digital platforms.
• Guide advisors on using digital tools, CRM systems, and online sales processes.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.
• Analyze sales reports, lead conversion ratios, and team performance metrics.
• Support customer onboarding and provide after-sales service assistance.

Desired Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in Insurance, BFSI, Sales, Agency, or Digital Sales.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Comfortable with digital tools, online meetings, and CRM platforms.
• Ability to recruit and motivate advisors.
• Target-driven and customer-focused mindset.
