Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager at Magnum Radius. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery for marketing and brand initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, digital, PR, and experiential workstreams. Responsibilities include defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables; managing budgets and resources; tracking progress; and ensuring quality standards are met through consistent inspection of outputs. The role involves daily communication with internal stakeholders and clients, resolving issues, managing risks, and ensuring that projects are executed on time and in line with client objectives. The Project Manager will also support logistics planning for campaigns and events, maintain documentation, and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to drive timely completion of tasks, follow up on dependencies, and remove delivery bottlenecks.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review work outputs, ensure alignment with requirements, and uphold quality and compliance standards.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize resources, schedules, and operational workflows for campaigns and projects.
• Relevant experience managing multi-disciplinary marketing or agency projects, preferably in digital or integrated communications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams and manage client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
