Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and proactive Civil Chargehands / Foremen to join our construction team in Oman. The ideal candidates will have strong civil construction supervision experience, the ability to interpret civil and structural drawings, and proven leadership skills to manage site activities efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily civil construction activities at project sites.

Coordinate and monitor workforce productivity and work quality.

Read and interpret civil and structural drawings accurately.

Ensure work execution complies with project specifications and safety standards.

Plan manpower allocation and site resources effectively.

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site management teams.

Monitor progress and report site activities to management.

Maintain discipline, safety, and quality standards on site.

Salary: ₹34,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Basic) + Site Allowance + Food Allowance + Benefits.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision.

Ability to read and understand civil and structural drawings.

Strong planning, coordination, and leadership skills.

Experience managing construction crews and site operations.

Gulf/Middle East experience will be an added advantage.
