Key Responsibilities: Manage the overall vehicle loan collections portfolio for the assigned branch. Ensure timely collection of overdue EMIs and reduce delinquency across all loan buckets. Achieve collection targets, including roll-forward, resolution, and recovery goals. Lead, train, and monitor the performance of collection executives and field officers. Allocate collection cases and track daily recovery activities. Conduct regular review meetings with the collections team to improve productivity. Maintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring professional and ethical recovery practices. Coordinate with repossession agencies, legal teams, and auction partners for recovery of non-performing assets (NPAs).
