Process Quality Management Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure that products are manufactured to meet or exceed customer requirements and industry standards. Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers team) to define process parameters and criteria to ensure production process capability is effectively met as per product process requirements. Monitor and control quality at all manufacturing stages including SMT, PCB assembly, camera module assembly, lens fitting, testing, final assembly, and packing. Establish and maintain Process Control Plans, PFMEA, SOPs, Quality Check Sheets, and Inspection Standards. Ensure process adherence through regular line audits and layered process audits. Process Monitoring & Control Analyze First Pass Yield (FPY), Defect Per Million (DPMO), Rework, Scrap, and Process Capability (Cp/ Cpk ).
