Company Description Manifest Hospitality operates premium restaurant and bar concepts that focus on elevated dining, curated beverages, and memorable guest experiences. The team values community-building, consistent hospitality standards, and strong relationships with guests and partners. Joining Manifest Hospitality means working in a dynamic environment with opportunities to shape events, engage local communities, and contribute to a growing brand.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area for a Community & Events Sales Lead — Premium Restaurant & Bar. The person in this role will drive event sales by identifying leads, nurturing relationships with local organizations and individual clients, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. Daily responsibilities include responding to event inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating event details with operations and kitchen teams, and ensuring seamless execution from first contact to post-event follow-up. The role also involves building and maintaining community partnerships, planning and promoting in-house experiences such as themed nights and private parties, and tracking performance against sales targets. The Community & Events Sales Lead will work closely with management to refine event offerings, manage calendars, and continuously enhance guest satisfaction and brand visibility.
We are building a stronger events, nightlife, cocktails and community calendar around Latin food, bar takeovers, DJ nights, salsa/bachata socials, brunches and private group experiences.
We are looking for a highly hands-on Community & Events Sales Lead whose main job is simple:
Fill the room. Build guest lists. Sell tables. Create repeat event nights.
This is not a traditional social media or brand marketing role. We already have creative and PR support. We need someone who can convert events into real footfall, reservations and revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute a weekly events calendar for Latoya.
- Bring in communities for latin nights, bar takeovers, DJ nights, brunches, mixers and private events.
- Create and manage guest lists for each event.
- Call and WhatsApp past guests, regulars, groups and potential event attendees.
- Sell table packages, birthday tables, group bookings and private events.
- Coordinate with DJs, promoters, dancers, bartenders, liquor brands, creators and event partners.
- Work with the social media agency to ensure every event has the right creatives, reels, stories and WhatsApp communication.
- Work with the PR team to bring relevant creators, media and tastemakers to key events.
- Be present at the venue during key event nights to manage guest flow, hosts, promoters and table conversion.
- Track event-wise covers, revenue, bar sales, no-shows, guest source and partner performance.
- Build Latoya’s WhatsApp and CRM database for repeat attendance.
Who we are looking for
You should be someone who:
- Has actually brought people to events, restaurants, bars, clubs, pop-ups or community nights.
- Has a network in Delhi across nightlife, creators, DJs, promoters, communities, colleges, premium groups, bartenders or lifestyle circles.
- Is comfortable making calls and WhatsApp follow-ups every day.
- Can sell tables and group bookings, not just coordinate creatives.
- Understands premium hospitality and guest experience.
- Can work evenings and event nights.
- Is energetic, street-smart, organised and target-driven.
- Can show examples of past events or nights where you helped bring real footfall.
This role is not for someone who only wants to
- Manage Instagram posts
- Coordinate influencers casually
- Make Canva creatives
- Do research from home
- Prepare marketing decks without execution
- Avoid calls, guestlists or sales targets
Performance expectations
The person will be expected to help deliver:
- Weekly event footfall
- Table bookings
- Group reservations
- Event revenue
- Repeat guest database growth
- Partnerships with communities, promoters and brands
- Clear post-event reports
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build trust, manage client expectations, and deliver high-quality guest experiences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to handle inquiries, negotiate event details, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Community Engagement and Community Management skills to develop partnerships, grow a loyal local audience, and support brand-led community initiatives.
- Experience in event sales, hospitality, or F&B environments, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple events, calendars, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Comfort with basic sales tools, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms for lead tracking and reporting.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered.
