About Agrinai: Agrinai is a growing digital marketing agency based in Sulur, Coimbatore. We help businesses build their brand online through creative content, performance ads, website design, and AI-powered marketing campaigns. We work in a fast-paced, technology-first environment where creativity and innovation go hand in hand.

Role Overview: We are looking for 2 talented and multi-skilled Creative Designers who can handle Graphic Design, Video Editing, and UI/UX Design under one role. If you can design a social media post, cut a Reel, and wireframe a website — this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design social media creatives, ad banners, posters, and brand visuals for clients
• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, product ad videos, and explainer videos
• Create motion graphics and basic animated content
• Design UI for websites and mobile apps using Figma
• Build and deploy websites using WordPress + Elementor Pro or Webflow
• Create wireframes, user flows, and clickable prototypes for client projects
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and digital outputs
• Use AI design tools to speed up creative production
• Collaborate with the content, ads, and account management team on campaigns

Required Skills:

• Graphic Design — Canva Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Video Editing — Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects (basics)
• UI Design — Figma, Elementor Pro, Webflow, responsive layouts
• UX — Wireframing, user flows, prototyping, basic usability thinking
• Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and color theory
• Ability to handle multiple client projects and meet deadlines
• Good communication in Tamil and English

Bonus Skills (strong advantage):

• AI tools — Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs
• Motion graphics and 2D animation
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Experience with landing page design for ad campaigns
• Product or studio photography basics

Who Should Apply:

• 0–3 years of experience in design, video, or UI/UX
• Strong portfolio showcasing at least 2 of the 3 skill areas mandatory
• Self-driven, creative, and comfortable working across multiple deliverable types
• Based in or willing to commute to Sulur, Coimbatore
