Team Coordination: Collaborate with Dev, QA, BA, and Architecture teams to ensure alignment and progress across all workstreams. Stakeholder Communication: Gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver product demos to internal and external stakeholders. Tool Utilization: Use project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence) and AI-powered tools to streamline execution and reporting. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
