Key Responsibilities
- Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches.
- Build strong relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and bank staff.
- Cross-sell life insurance products to the bank's existing customer base.
- Conduct customer meetings and provide suitable insurance solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Source and convert leads generated by bank branches.
- Conduct joint sales calls with bank officials to acquire new customers.
- Organize branch activation activities and customer awareness programs.
- Ensure timely policy issuance and excellent customer service.
- Maintain daily sales reports, lead trackers, and MIS records.
- Drive product knowledge sessions for bank staff.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Desired Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Banking, Insurance, BFSI, Sales, or Banca Channel.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work closely with bank partners and customers.
- Target-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Local market knowledge preferred.
