

Roles & Responsibilities
• Greeting and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism at front desk.
• Inform respective teams of client’s arrival.
• Arrange beverages, snacks, meals for meetings and guests.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries and transferring the information to
relevant people.
• Ensure the reception and waiting area is always clean, tidy, and presentable and coordinate with the housekeeping team for the same.
• All stations to be checked with all their amenities like stationery, camera, cables etc.
• Schedule and allocate stations as per requirement.
• Make sure that the stations are checked after every meeting.
• Set up Zoom/Teams meetings and ensure audio-visual systems are functional.
• Maintain master contact list – Clients, vendors, contractors, consultants.
• Maintain Applicant master details.
• Update MCD car parking list and issue stickers.
• Maintain MIS for site visit/client meeting held outside Mira.
Admin Responsibilities
• Storage upkeep.
• Stationary order and upkeep.
• First Aid kit upkeep.
• Ordering food and beverages for pantry.
• Ordering housekeeping materials.
• Medical Emergency Protocol.
• Fire Emergency Protocol and drill half yearly.
• AMCs.
• Check billings.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing courier bookings and maintaining the MIS.
• Make travel arrangements (cabs) for employees for meetings.
• Car parking arrangements for Clients and important guests and the new employees.
