Role Summary: Lead the Administration & Facilities function across the Corporate Office, Manufacturing Plants, and R&D Centres, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, and cost-effective operations. The role is responsible for driving governance, infrastructure management, workplace services, statutory compliance, vendor performance, and operational excellence across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end administration, facilities, and infrastructure management across all locations.
- Oversee workplace services, utilities, transport, housekeeping, cafeteria, guest houses, security, and employee amenities to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive infrastructure development, space planning, workplace enhancements, and facility maintenance.
- Establish standardised policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks to ensure operational consistency.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, fire, environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements; coordinate audits, inspections, and government liaison.
- Lead physical security, access control, emergency preparedness, and risk management across sites.
- Manage strategic vendor partnerships, including selection, contract negotiation, SLA governance, performance management, and cost optimisation.
- Lead and develop the Administration & Facilities team while partnering with HR, Manufacturing, EHS, Finance, Procurement, and Site Leadership to support business continuity.
- Own the administration budget, monitor operational performance through MIS, and drive continuous improvement, resource optimisation, and service excellence.
Desired Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or specialisation in Administration/Facilities Management preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in Administration & Facilities Management, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations across corporate offices, manufacturing plants, and R&D centres.
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, infrastructure management, security, statutory compliance, government liaison, vendor management, and budget control.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and execution skills with a focus on operational excellence.
