Role Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to manage Broker and Corporate Agency partnerships for driving Life Insurance business. The role involves developing strong partner relationships, increasing wallet share, driving profitable business growth, conducting training sessions, and supporting partners through joint sales calls and fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with multiple Broker and Corporate Agency partners to generate Life Insurance business.
- Drive business growth by increasing wallet share across assigned partners and ensuring consistent engagement.
- Focus on generating profitable business with quality submissions and strong persistency.
- Conduct regular training and knowledge sessions for partner sales teams on products, sales processes, and market updates.
- Provide on-ground sales support through joint fieldwork and customer meetings to improve conversion and productivity.
- Ensure timely resolution of partner queries and maintain strong service standards.
- Monitor business performance, pipeline management, and achievement of assigned targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and operational support.
