Planning and control the overall site commissioning activities to meet the commissioning deadline and project closure. To work along with project team and to be responsible for executing all testing and commissioning activities within the scheduled timeline. Kick-off meeting with project team regarding the requirements (Manpower, Equipment, Schedule) of the Commissioning activities. Preparation of SOP’s, Formats and checklists for Testing and Commissioning activities.
