Role Summary
A reputed residential school in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand is looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing Primary Teacher (Classes I & II) to create an engaging and activity-based learning environment for young learners. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a child-centric teaching approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach primary-grade students using activity-based learning methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, projects, and assessments.
- Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Track student progress and communicate regularly with parents.
- Integrate art, music, dance, and creative activities into teaching.
- Utilize smart boards and digital tools to enhance learning.
- Participate in school events, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Post Graduate in English (Mandatory)
- B.Ed. / NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) (Mandatory) / D.El.Ed
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in primary classes.
- Proficiency in smart board teaching and basic computer applications.
- Experience in activity-based and experiential learning methodologies.
- Knowledge of art, dance, vocal music, and creative classroom engagement preferred.
