Required Qualifications

Certified Cosmetology License / Diploma (hair and/or nail specialization)

Proven hands-on experience in:Hair services (cutting, styling, coloring, treatments)Nail services (manicure, pedicure, gel, polish)

Experience in salon, spa, or cruise environment preferred

Portfolio of work (photos of hair/nail services)

Certifications / Compliance

Valid Cosmetology License (mandatory from the country of residence)

Hygiene & sanitation certification (tool disinfection, salon safety)

Knowledge of infection control (cuts, skin exposure, tools)

Understanding of product safety & chemical handling (hair dyes, acetone, etc.)

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of:Hair types and texturesNail care and nail healthProduct usage and recommendations

Ability to perform services efficiently while maintaining quality

Ability to recommend treatments and retail products

Sales & Revenue Expectations

Strong upselling ability (treatments, add-ons, retail products)

Ability to convert consultations into booked services
