About the Role Silver Consumer Electricals Limited is looking for an experienced Head – Quality to lead our overall Quality function across manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Quality Management, QMS, Customer Quality, Supplier Quality, Process Quality and Continuous Improvement, preferably from the Pumps, Motors, Electrical, Engineering, Automotive or Consumer Electrical industry. Key Responsibilities Lead the complete Quality function including Incoming, In-Process, Final, Supplier and Customer Quality. Develop and implement Quality strategy, objectives and KPIs. Drive Zero Defect, First Pass Yield and Cost of Poor Quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable quality standards.
