JOB DESCRIPTION Role: Relationship Manager (Motor Insurance) – Agency Channel What is the purpose of the role – Meet potential POSP agents in respective geographical assignments and onboard new POSP partners. Service existing POSPs to drive Motor Insurance sales growth and achieve business targets. Handle customer inquiries and ensure speedy and satisfactory resolution. Coordinate with the InsuranceDekho HO Team for smooth execution of the sales and policy issuance process. Conduct offline training and provide regular servicing and product support to POSPs. Develop and maintain a strong local agent network. Achieve monthly sales targets and business numbers. Should be a highly motivated individual with the ability to drive the channel with ownership. Travelling can be frequent. Candidate should preferably be from an Insurance background , with hands-on experience in the agency channel of a General Insurance Company,Motor Insurance Company, or Insurance Brokerage Firm.
