Position Purpose The role holder shall report to the team leader and shall perform research activities viz. Scale up and Process development for enzyme production (upstream) and processing (downstream) with an aim of adding significant value to the business of PI. Strategic Responsibilities . Operational Responsibilities Research Activities Assist and develop cost effective upstream and downstream processes development Monitor process profiles as per process requirements and build relevant documentation Documentation Record/maintain batch records and perform for reproducible results Process Adherance & improvements Adhere to all safety / information security / quality norms related to research procedures. Participate in process improvement inititatives under direction of Head – Enzyme & Fermentation. Knowledge Management Participate in knowledge management initiatives by contributing to KM portal.
