Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex customer queries via live chat platforms.
• Maintain high accuracy and quick Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Deliver polished, professional solutions to international users.

• Education: Open to Undergraduates and Graduates.
• Language: Exceptional written English (grammar and tone).
• Flexibility: Must be comfortable with a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
• Location: Currently residing in the Tricity area.
